Within Egypt

We ship across all Egyptian governorates. Orders placed before 2pm Cairo time are dispatched the same business day. Most orders arrive within 2-4 business days depending on your governorate.

International

We ship to select countries. Delivery time is 7-14 business days depending on customs in the destination country. Duties and taxes are paid by the recipient.

Packaging

Each piece is wrapped in tissue, folded with a hand-tied ribbon, and placed in a signature CCB box. Bridal pieces ship in a heavier presentation box with care instructions tucked inside.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. If you do not see the email within 24 hours of placing your order, check your spam folder or write to us at care@cottoncandybite.com.
