For hygienic reasons

We gladly accept returns for items that arrive damaged or incorrect.
For hygiene and your safety, we’re unable to accept returns on other items.

Pajama pieces

Pajama pieces are returnable within 14 days as long as they have not been altered or worn. Pieces ordered in custom sizes or with personalized monograms are final sale.

How to return

Write to 01515949640 via Whatsapp with your order number and the piece you would like to return or exchange. We will reply within one business day with return instructions and the address.

Please pack the piece in its original tissue and box if possible.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14-21 business days of receiving the returned piece. The refund returns to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are not refunded.
